In no event shall Chemhighz.shop, or its directors, employees, owners, agents, or partners, be liable, and no refund will be issued or transfer confirmed in case any of the above-mentioned issues/problems will and/or may affect/interfere/disrupt/interrupt/corrupt the functioning of the Bitcoin hardware wallet.

Pricing

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse to process or cancel any orders placed for a Product whose price was incorrectly posted on the Site due to an error. Any reference on the Site to any fiat currency is made solely for the product’s Bitcoin value comparison purpose.

Product Availability and Delivery

The Site may contain information regarding the availability of the Products. We guarantee that an item listed as “in stock” will actually ship right away, as inventory can change significantly from day to day.
