How do you ship?
We ship our products worldwide, and all packages are shipped very discreetly. Our organization’s name or anything else that would imply the package’s pharmaceutical contents is never used in our shipments. Packaging types are constantly updated to achieve maximum delivery success! The size of our packages is never larger than necessary to raise suspicion. If the order is too large to fit in a single package, it will automatically be split into two or more packages (all for one Shipment & Handling charge). We also reuse original cardboard boxes to pack different products that fit in them (because we are an ecologically oriented company and because this way, there is a greater likelihood of successful delivery). Shipments are sent from various shipping points in Europe.
How are bulk or large-quantity orders shipped?
If the order is too large to fit in one package, we guarantee it will be divided into the necessary number of packages to reduce risk. No matter how large your order is, we assure you that the same level of discretion and repackaging used for small orders will be applied.
Is a signature required for shipping?
Once packages leave our distribution, they are not treated as recorded/registered shipments and therefore don’t require a signature upon delivery.

How do I change my order after it has been placed?

Delivery time includes time necessary for international regular airmail, which must also pass your customs, so we expect you to accept this as the NORMAL DELIVERY TIME and respect it!
